Palabrero se puede jugar sin cuenta. Si en algún momento iniciaste sesión (con Apple o con Google) para sincronizar tu progreso, aquí explicamos cómo eliminar esa cuenta y todo lo que guardamos de ella. Hay dos maneras: desde la propia app, o pidiéndonoslo.
Palabrero can be played without an account. If you ever signed in (with Apple or Google) to sync your progress, this page explains how to delete that account and everything we store with it. There are two ways: from inside the app, or by asking us.
Opción 1 — Desde la app (inmediato)Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Abre Palabrero y toca Perfil (el icono de la esquina superior).
- Con la sesión iniciada, baja hasta la tarjeta con tu nombre y toca Eliminar cuenta.
- Confirma en el aviso. La cuenta y tu historial sincronizado se borran en ese momento y la app cierra la sesión.
- Open Palabrero and tap Perfil (the profile icon in the top corner).
- While signed in, scroll to the card with your name and tap Eliminar cuenta (Delete account).
- Confirm the prompt. The account and your synced history are deleted right then, and the app signs you out.
Funciona igual en iPhone/iPad y en Android. No hace falta contraseña: basta con tener la sesión iniciada en el dispositivo.
It works the same on iPhone/iPad and Android. No password is needed: being signed in on the device is enough.
Opción 2 — Por solicitud (sin la app)Option 2 — By request (without the app)
Si ya no tienes la app instalada o no puedes iniciar sesión, escríbenos a privacy@jeppers.es con el asunto «Eliminar cuenta de Palabrero» e indícanos:
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email privacy@jeppers.es with the subject “Delete Palabrero account” and tell us:
- La dirección de correo con la que iniciaste sesión (si usaste «Ocultar mi correo» de Apple, la dirección de relé que Apple te asignó).
- Si iniciaste sesión con Apple o con Google.
- The email address you signed in with (if you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”, the relay address Apple gave you).
- Whether you signed in with Apple or with Google.
Para protegerte, solo atendemos solicitudes enviadas desde esa misma dirección o que podamos verificar de otro modo. Confirmamos la eliminación por correo en un plazo máximo de 30 días; normalmente tarda pocos días laborables.
To protect you, we only act on requests sent from that same address or that we can otherwise verify. We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days at most; it usually takes a few working days.

La eliminación es definitiva: no hay periodo de recuperación. Si vuelves a iniciar sesión con la misma cuenta de Apple o Google, se creará una cuenta nueva y vacía.
Deletion is final: there is no recovery period. If you sign in again with the same Apple or Google account, a new, empty account is created.
